American Crafts Challenge

I love these challenges, this week is to create a layout with a red, white and blue color scheme. I didn't think to do one of my American photos so i just might have to do another now! But here is this one, just about everything is AC. Subway thickers, Craft Fair, Teen and Spring and Summer Papers.

Sadly one of my last LO's for Lime Tart, I have absolutely loved my time there, thankyou so much Philippa for such a wonderful opportunity xx

And a couple of new ones for the Imagination Factory, I am thrilled to say I have been chosen to be part of their design team for the next 12 months.  Jenni Bowlin's new line which I love!

Craft Fair

This weeks callenge at American Crafts was using the craft fair line in a non girly way, the gorgeous papers make it so easy. I've used Brown Sugar and Robin's Eggs cardstock, Craft Fair papers, journaling sticker and Eggnog and Subway thickers.

I'll be back with something special for the shop a bit later but for now if you haven't checked out the April lime tart kits yet GO! Here's a sneaky peak......

i love thickers!!

Well I should I have enough of them! So a challenge using them at the American Crafts site was enough to inspire me to do this layout. I've used (hot pink) daiquiri, (aqua) eggnog, (green) sprinkes and (white) subway.

I think I will just put a few sneaks of the march Lime Tart gallery and you will have to go over here to see the rest of the gorgeous creations. It is sadly the last month for our guest designers Fran and Kerryn, they have done an awsome job once again.

Feb gallery

Well today is gallery day so head over to lime tart  and see what the other girls have done, they are just gorgeous! The full tart is lots of yummy My Minds Eye, the laundry line and perfect for Ruby's first day.

My fav I think, the dress the crochet flowers come on was just too cute not to use!

Lastly a LO with the gorgeous new Amy Butler line for this weeks sketch at Pencillines.

decisions, decisions.....

 It's only taken me all month to start but I have finally done a week in my 365 album (ok so it's not even week 1 but it doesn't matter, I've started!). Who would think something so simple could cause so much procrastination, what size, design, what type of album, etc etc and then there is choosing ONE photo a day! I think that's the hardest part of all. Anyway, here is a sneak of it using the full tart, did I mention how gorgeous it is???

On another note I was thrilled to be the guest at Scrapjack this month, it is a gorgeous layout by Kate Mason. Ironically I had kept a favourite floral napkin tucked away similar to one that I had seen Kate use years ago so it was nice to finally use it. Thanks Lou xx

sneaks

Look at the most gorgeous kits EVER over here now before they all sell out.  Here are a few sneaks of the full tart, which is one of my favourites, I just love it!

Well it's back to school this week and a new phase of our lives as our baby goes into prep, it doesn't seem right either- she is just too little (size 4 and i still had to take up her dress) I was so happy to have her home today we had mcdonalds for lunch and played lots of games, she still loves watching play school so that made me happy too! x

gallery up

Head on over to limetart  to see the gorgeous new gallery. I loved this months full tart, the Little Yellow Bicycle Vita Bella range is perfect for scrapping those summer beach photos. This book is for joe turning 10 next week, pretty much highlights of his life so far and his favourite things etc about each age.

The stickers and tags in the kit make this a perfect project, I cut each page different shapes and made folders and sections to put photos and things in. I got a Slice for christmas too so I used that alot too. Now I just have to finish it before joe's birthday!
